Joint Managing Director and Founder of m-isphere ltd (sold to Zamano) and previously Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Bantry Technologies (Sold to Trusted Logic). Prior to that he was Business Development Manager at CardBase Technologies.

Nicolas Bacca

Founder & CTO of Simulity

Simulity is a smartcard advanced services consulting company which helped diversify the application range of smartcard vendors. From 2003 to 2005, he worked for Oberthur Card Systems as an R&D team leader focusing on the design on key recent Smartcard standards (JCP JSR 177, Sim Alliance Sim Sentry, ETSI CAT TP) and early implementation of those emerging technologies. From 2000 to 2003, he worked for Rapsodia Software as a software engineer designing card/server platform solutions. From 1999 to 2000 he worked for Astria as a software engineer working on lightweight monetics platforms.

Stephen Halpenny

SVP Sales, Commercial Director

Previously employed as Corporate account manager for O2 Ireland since completion of MBA in 2005, responsible for retaining, developing and acquiring large corporate and strategic accounts. Team leader and corporate account manager for Dell Computers. He worked closely with and managed teams to develop sales in the public and private sectors both in Ireland an UK markets.
